How do monthly orders work?
Monthly orders count all orders placed by customers enrolled in your loyalty program. If you exceed your plan limit, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading to ensure uninterrupted service.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to all features in your selected plan for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will be paused.
Do you offer migration support?
Absolutely. Our team provides white-glove migration support for brands switching from other loyalty platforms. We'll handle data migration, configuration, and training at no extra cost.
What integrations are included?
All plans include native Shopify integration. Growth and above include Klaviyo, Gorgias, and other popular e-commerce tools. Scale and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts required. All plans are month-to-month with annual billing available at a 15% discount. Enterprise plans may have custom terms.
What is Agent Gateway and UCP?
Agent Gateway connects your loyalty program to AI shopping agents like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude via the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP). When customers use AI assistants to shop, their loyalty points and rewards are automatically included in recommendations. This feature is available on Enterprise plans.
